The President of Uganda Law Society visits the Speaker of EALA

The President of Uganda Law Society, Adv. Francis Gimara this afternoon paid a courtesy call on the Speaker of EALA,Rt Hon Daniel F. Kidega.

Discussions delved on the state of regional integration with emphasis on the rule of law in the region.

The Speaker thanked the ULS President for finding time to visit the Assembly and noted the legal fraternity had a critical part to play in sensitizing citizens of the region on the EAC.

ULS is a membership-based organisation of lawyers in Uganda supporting the competency,independence and ethics of the legal profession.It is also a member of the East African Law Society,the premier body of lawyers at the East African Community.
