I take the opportunity to welcome you to the 14th Edition of the Bunge la Afrika Mashariki, magazine. This year, number fourteen is synonymous and
special given the fact that EALA commemorated 14 years since its inception on November 30th, 2001.,
Allow me therefore to wish EALA and all East Africans a happy anniversary as we take cognizance of our achievements (and challenges) as well as map out the future.
In this edition, we highlight various activities of the Assembly including the various meetings and conferences regionally and beyond that the Assembly
was involved in.
